Storytelling is at the heart of everything I do.
From the first draft of a script to the last cut of an edit, I let the story lead.
My passion for storytelling led me first down the path of scriptwriting, then into filmmaking, and now into podcasting too.
I find my purpose in getting real stories out into the world in their most authentic form, whether that's on a page, a cinema screen or a mobile phone.
Filmmaking
My parents bought me my first camera when I was 8 years old (a cheap digital camera) and that was enough to spark a lifelong passion in me.
I went on to study filmmaking at university, where I got the opportunity to work on many incredible projects with some incredibly talented people.
After completing my studies, I continue to make short films and work on a script that will hopefully see the light of day soon enough.
Podcast
More recently, I've discovered an interest in podcasting.
Part of what interests me about it is how accessible it is, where film requires large crews, budgets, sets, locations, and a whole range of equipment, a podcast can be made with a camera (or mobile phone) in somebodys living room.
Storytelling is a core part of the human experience, and finding new ways to share that will always be a passion of mine.
